Vesting Hotel Naarden

The Vesting Hotel's restaurant offered an epic dining experience with lovely cuisine. The baked apples were an absolute highlight! The warm and cozy dining area reminded me of a local hangout.

They could really up their game with front-desk service. We found another guest's luggage in our room due to mix-ups, which can be unsettling. Plus, the digital room keys might be tricky for those not tech-savvy.

Stunning location to explore Naarden and GOOD service. Also - so close to shops & restaurants and centre of town.

Appealing hotel, great breakfast with plenty of choice, stunning location in the centre of a beautiful Dutch fortified town. Location just next door to City Hall, the Naarden fortress, and the old church.

Lighting in rooms too dim for essential tasks like shaving!!! Digital room key relies on tech knowledge, causing unnecessary hassle!!! Accessibility issues for rooms on upper floors need attention!!!

The building is beautiful, with a lovely cute vibe. I especially enjoyed my comfortable bed and the cozy restaurant area. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth it 😊

I faced some challenges with the digital room key system. It felt a bit clumsy, especially when the front desk wasn't responsive right away. Lighting in the bathroom could improve too. It was inadequate for tasks like shaving. Restaurant service was slow at times. All these minor flaws are noted, but the overall ambiance and warm details of the hotel certainly shine through.

The historic charm of the hotel was good, especially the elegant design. I loved the waterfall shower, which was one of the best I've experienced, and the ample amenities provided made a notable difference. We really enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with Naarden City Hall and the Nederlands Vestingmuseum just a short walk away. The simplicity of the check-in process was also a plus, allowing us to settle in quickly after our arrival.

Recommend it for a relaxing getaway

The breakfast was fantastic. An amazing spread that got us fueled for exploring! We even enjoyed the quirky setup with a QR code for our room, really modern and convenient!

It wasn't cheap, but I found it still acceptable for what we experienced.

Gotta say, the room was wicked cozy with a nice little alcove for the bed. Breakfast? Totally worth it. Tried some muesli and eggs cooked just how I like 'em. The vibe in the dining area? Just right for locals to hang out and chill.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. It was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was very comfortable. - the staff was extraordinary service-minded, as well as the owner.

Everything was very easy here, and the views were nice. the location couldn't be more perfect and stunning in a very historic district. There was a good bar on site, really enjoyed this place.

A refurbished place with great service, excellent value for money, and an unbeatable location with free parking nearby.
